Alice Uehara wurde 1990 in Japan geboren. Sie begann bereits mit 5 Jahren das Cello zu spielen.
Sie studierte an der “The Music High School Attached to the Faculty of Music, Tokyo University of the Arts” und der “Tokyo National University of the Arts” bei Prof. Nobuko Yamazaki und Tomoya Kikuchi.
2012 nahm sie an Meisterkursen von Herr Wolfgang Böttcher teil. Sie gewann den 1. Preis in der dritten „Tateshina Music Competition“, sowie den „Student Music concours of Japan“ Wettbewerb in der Universitätsauswahl gewonnen.
Zurzeit ist sie als Cellistin und Autorin in Deutschland und Japan aktiv.
